Sale Policies
Deposits:
Non-refundable deposits of $100 are required to hold the animal for purchase. Goats will not be reserved without a deposit. Payment for animals is expected prior to or at pickup by owner or shipper. Deposits are non-refundable unless something happened to the animal while still in the care of Northland Farm. Deposits are included in the total price of the goat.
Sale Policies:
Sales and deposits operate on a first-come first-serve basis. Payment for animal is due at or before the time of pick up. Any animal staying on the farm for longer than two weeks after receipt of the deposit will begin charging boarding fees of $5/day. All animals are sold as-is and cannot be returned or bought back due to biosecurity protocols. All animals are sold with a Bill of Sale and farm records. All animals sold as registered will be sold with ADGA Registration paperwork, Bill of Sale, and farm records. Goats are not sold to single goat homes.

Pricing:
Registered Bucklings and Doelings: $500 (+ ADGA Registration Fee)
Wether Kids: $150 (Discount for Multiples)
Deliveries:
Any goat that requires delivery further than 20 miles from Northland Farm will be subject to a delivery fee dependent on distance traveled. For a delivery quote please contact us.
Kids:
All kids are bottle raised to promote healthy, friendly goats. All kids have been disbudded and begun coccidia prevention. Wether kids will be banded prior to pick up.
DNA:
All registered animals will be sold with their DNA on file with ADGA.

Rose Acre A New Hope - "Yoda"
Yoda is a buckskin, blue eyed buck. He has DNA on file with ADGA and is sire verified. This buck comes from some serious milk production lines! If you want to add milk to your does, this boy is for you! Yoda's dam is Pack Mountain Meadowsweet VEVV88. Yoda's sire is Denbow Acres Farm Avalanche VVV87 (ETA 105 5) who is littermate brother to SG Denbow Acres Farm Diane Legacy 4*M Elite VEEV89, who has been in ADGA's Top 10 list for production for the Nigerian Dwarf breed for 2 years and most recently being #2. His full sister was milking 4.5# per day on her most recent milk test. His paternal half sister (I own) was milking 4.5# per day at her peak and 4.0# on her most recent milk test. The herd is tested for CAE, CL, and Johne's annually and can provide proof of negative results for 2021. Please contact the farm for more information on Yoda. |

Gold buck with blue eyes, carrying swiss Has DNA on file with ADGA Sully is ADGA registered and was disbudded as a kid. His sire's sire's lines contain Rosasharn genetics while his sire's dam's lines are Rosasharn, Promisedland, and Sugar Moon lines. Sully's dam's lines contain Hames & Axle and Old Mountain Farm lines. Sully will be 3 years old in March. He is an absolutely wonderful boy. He scored an 84 in Linear Appraisal as a 1.5 yo. His dam was known for her undocumented extended lactations and excellent attachments. His kids have flat toplines, gorgeous briskets, and wide bodies. He does not have any daughters that have freshened yet. |
